Spent one night before proceeding to the airport . Amazing room but a little dark to my liking ( i generally prefer white colored bedding vs the multi-colored bedding) . Bed was comfortable . TV was great and the room service was good too. Reception was kind enough to get me a cab in the wee hours of the morning . Location is very central and I had a lot of vegetarian options around . Nice place to stay .

The location is on the Bangalore suburbs with lot of construction activity in immediate vicinity giving sort of under construction look.the stay was comfortable and the rooms and service was excellent . The room package should be inclusive of buffet breakfast . Hotel amenities are at par with 5 star status

On the far side of the hotel, at the employee entrance, there is a sign that states "through these doors come the best hoteliers in the world". It is certainly a bit boastful as a statement, but the folks at the hotel certainly try to live up to that reputation. Service is excellent, friendly, whether tip is given or not. Once, when I came back, I had the pleasant surprise to see all my dirty laundry folded nicely (no, I did not leave it on the bed!), and both teddy bears I bought for my daughters put delicately on the bed - that is the kind of attention that create pretty sweet memories! They have three excellent restaurants, one of which has a terrasse, which is pretty comfortable. On Friday and Saturday, they had singers and deejays, which was pretty cool. Rooms are cleaned and well-maintained, even if the building is old (which is actually giving it a nice cachet). I saw them cleaning my room, it was pretty thorough, leaving a nice scent, another memory-making attention. Gym is small but efficient, pool is a bit small but also functional. Pricing for ancilliary services (taxis, business center) is reasonable. Only downside - this is far from downtown, and the neighborhood isn't the best (not a slum though), albeit there is a shopping center about a mile away. It is close to the old airport now used by the military, so you may see infrequently loud military planes taking off. Overall, I had a good experience there, and I will be back.

Excellent hotel good value for your money - although paying less is good too. Only draw back is its location., Excellent Bar on the roof great view and one does not see the City dirt from there.
