Chose this hotel for a stay a third year in a row because it is clean and comfortable. Close to everything in bustling Karol Bagh. You'll find plenty of activity of every kind from shopping to sights and nearby attractions. Standard hotel amenities and breakfast which was included in my rate was especially delicious. I chose the Indian option, but also available were American and Continental. My only concern was the potential overcharge for a taxi which when the rate was given, I chose an autorickshaw for the ride and had a much better experience anyway. Because of the taxi situation, I may consider looking to other properties upon my next visit to the area although you must always be careful and know what the current rates should be. Overall it was a good experience.

the hotel was clean with simple furnishings. the bathrooms had some damage but were usable. Some minor communication problems with limited front desk English, but staff was nice for the most part.and meals at the hotel restaurant were good and very reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find and other than the bazaar about 2 streets away, not much going on in the neighbor within walking distance. Rickshaws are easily accessible though so it's easy and not expensive to get to other main sites. was fine for the price.

Initially staff told that they can't see the reservations which was stressful to deal with. But after telling them after few times and showing id's, there were able to find reservations. It was bit stressful to deal with that.

We stayed here when flying into Delhi late and again the next day. The room was standard, clean, bathroom had a shower. great for what we needed - a comfortable night's sleep and shower.

I am a woman who was traveling alone and arrived at the hotel around 10pm. I was greeted by the owner of the hotel who immediately made me feel safe and that I had made the right choice. I asked for dinner and had the choice to order in or walk 1/2 a block to a restaurant. I chose to go to the restaurant and was accompanied by the hotel security to and from the restaurant. The room was all I needed and was very comfortable. Though there was no elevator, the porters were quick to assist me with my baggage. I had a prompt wake up call and my taxi was waiting for me as requested by the time I got down stairs. I was not over charged for this service either. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone that needs to be near the airport.

The hotel is located in the heart of hotel central, and it is one of the nicer hotels. Customer service was excellent, our room was clean, we had hot water (although it took like 10 min to heat up), we had AC that worked, and a flat screen tv with cable. Good and inexpensive room service.
