"Located in the heart of old Dehli"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 23, 2013
Extremely friendly staff and management. Great location - central for sightseeing, which can save hours in a taxi, depending on what you want to see or do. Hotel is in older former government building ( I was told) but clean and maintained. Tiny ancient elevator was quaint but not an issue for us. Only 3 story hotel so not even required all the time.
"Really a nice & comfortable place"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 21, 2013
Undoubtedly had a very satisfying experience during my stay. Nice room and good view of swimming pool. Also good food.

"Watch out for the front desk"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 17, 2013
We stayed at the hotel twice. The first time we stayed in room 501 (a dump) and the second time we stayed in room 409 (very nice). My sense is that the front desk people lie to you in order to get more money as they told us both times that there were no more rooms in the hotel and we had to go to their sister hotel down the street. We did not, we insisted on staying, and were given the respective rooms. Advantages were that we only had to pay for one room (we are a family of 5 and it's hard to find one room that can accomodate everyone) and the hotel restaurant (good food, inexpensive). Disadvantages were the surrounding neighborhood- it's near the train station and is very run down. However, when we looked elsewhere the prices were significantly higher. We figured this didn't matter much as we were there to tour Delhi, not stay in our room. So as long as you are assertive with the front desk, I think this is a good choice.

"great service for a good price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 31, 2013
although i stayed for just a day i'm glad i chose hyatt over other hotels which had similar prices. no hassles at all. close enough to the airport. located in one of the better parts of delhi that are safe and well connected to the rest of the city. the room was amazing! didnt want to leave it the whole time.
"close to airports"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 30, 2013
Service was good but not always reliabe. We made arrangement with travel staff for pick up at the airport but none was found. They did send car after sometime. On another ocasion we made arrangement with travel staff and restaurant for packed breakfast for our easly trip to Agra but it was not done.Reataurant service is extremely hopeless on some ocasions since serving dishes were not filled. One has to ask for napkins and difficuilt to find the staff since there only few. Manger was doing anything to correct the chaos. Hotel is too far away from any shoppping place for restaurants
"Good value and service for the money"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 29, 2013
You won't carry amazing memories of your experience of Hari Piorko, but the rooms are clean, the bed is comfy, and the location is quite central. Our room was far from charming - the window looked onto a dirty air shaft - but the fish tank was a fun quirk. The restaurant on-site is tourist prices, which is still quite affordable from a Western perspective, and is good enough when you don't feel like adventuring. Staff is friendly and does its best to make you happy.
