  Clean and beautiful hotel. Perfect location. But during the stay in around New year it might be too much for the staff. They forgot the towels and some details. They only have 10 hairdryers which was inconvenient for my girlfriend.

  Hotel well located for sight seeing, within walking distance to downtown.Bathrooms were a bit dingy. Staff was polite and helpful

  My husband and I came here on our 2001 honeymoon - it was so romantic. The grounds and the rooms were lovely and filled with traditional art. Ten years later it is just as lovely.

  we fell in love with this hotel and it's setting the moment we arrived. the room was large and well cooled. there were no televisions in the rooms, so guests tend to gather at the pool and/or common areas and visit with other guests from all over the world. the staff is gracious and the buffet breakfast is fine. a truly wonderful place to spend a few wonderful days in Ubud.
