"Perfect ambiance for Bruges"

I really enjoyed this hotel, the ambiance was exactly what I wanted for a getaway to such a quaint city, plus the free breakfast was fantastic. Because it is centrally located we had no trouble walking to all of our destinations. The only hiccup was the lodgers at the hostel across the street were up talking all night, make it a little noisy on the street.

The hotel is a VERY short walk from Brugge historic area, on a quiet canal. The hotel & staff are delightful - what can beat waking up to ducks floating outside of your double opening windows, or while you're having a full northern European breakfast ? Room was larger than we expected, very updated bathroom, just a wonderful quiet, restful stay. We were surprised what a short walk it was to not only the center & market, but major museums & brewery tour. Would definitely stay again - and certainly return to Brugge!

The hotel is in a great location and an easy walk to all the sights. There are restaurants nearby and the rate was good. Our room faced West and the room was so hot in the afternoon that even with the windows and the door opened and a fan on, it was impossible to stay in it. We overlooked the street where on Saturday night the party noise kept us up until after 4am. We were glad the next night was Sunday, but the party continued that night also. We had to pay 5 Euros for 2 hours of internet. We found another carrier that also had service in the lobby for 5 Euros for 24 hours. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room left much to be desired.

I rather liked the hotel. we had a 3 bed room on the top (forth) floor. good breakfast, fresh coffee to each table. seems like a family owned place. close to food and bars.. but Brugge is not so big so thats likely true for most hotels. i'd stay there again

This was a lovely hotel. Really liked the decor and the staff were very friendly. They gave me a great recommendation to a nearby restaurant for dinner and made a reservation for me. Loved the little touches like a (belgium) chocoIate on the pillow, and a note to summarise the next day's weather forecast. I only stayed the one night but would have been happy to have stayed longer. The only downside was the room was a bit small. If I wanted to open my suitcase it completely blocked off access to one side of the bed. The smallness of the hotel also meant the fornt desk wasn't always staffed. And whilst I can't really blame the staff, there was a mosquito in my hotel room (in Novemeber!!)
