"Quaint Hotel near city center"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 26, 2012
We enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very nice, the room was enjoyable and the location proximate to the town square was ideal.
"A wonderful place to stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 15, 2012
Excellent location and the staff absolutely could not have been better. There were a little rough edges to the place but you have to remember that it is an old monastery or something like that. I would not stay anywhere else in Bruges if I were to visit again and that is very likely

"Close to center"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 17, 2012
We stayed two days and really enjoyed it. The staff was very helpfull. The rooms are big and comfortable. Our room was a little noisy because it was right by the road. I would recommend this hotel.
"Close to sights, charming rooms, friendly staff"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 25, 2012
We loved our stay! The woman at the front desk upgraded our room b/c it was our anniversary. The room had that old world charm, but modern look. It was clean and well maintained. The hotel's location was great, just a few streets from the city center. It was quite and felt safe.
"Great location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 10, 2012
This hotel is in a perfect location for walking around the quaint, cobblestone streets of Brugge! Our navigation system got us to the location perfectly, and we found that the hotel has an underground parking facility - which worked out great. We parked the car and travelled by foot to everyplace we wanted to see. Our room was small but comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a strange arrangement - with only a toilet in one small room, and the sink and shower in another. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.
"Satisfactory"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 28, 2012
Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Location was not right in the middle of the attractions, but was definitly in a 10 minute walking distance traveleing with our 1 year-old son and 3 year-old daughter. The room was surprisingly large and the lady at the desk was exceptionally nice. The next day during checkout the man was a little more directive and not as nice, but the facility was worth it. Also, I was able to park on the outside of the hotel on a safe street for free. Just had to put the blue parking time on the dash. Breakfast was excellent! Typial European style breakfast, but this included scrambled eggs, bacon, and beans. A bonus compared to most.

Last minute deal. Great location and nice rooms. They stunk like cigarettes, but aired out fine.
"Convenient to everything"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 7, 2012
Hotel is very clean, nice spacious lobby, restaurant/bar is very nice & clean. Elevators are small but efficient, breakfast is excellent with a selection of bacon, sausage, beans, eggs, fruit, yogurts, breads, juices, cereals, and coffee. Parking is convenient at the central 't zand parking garage that is located underground. Park your car & take the elevator up & you pop up right at your hotel. Any kind of cafe, restaurant or shop you can think of is at your fingertips, all the tourist attractions are within a few minutes walk. We have stayed at this hotel twice and are always very pleased.
