  MY FRIEND AND I WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE DESIGN AND COMFORT OF OUR ROOM. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ALTHOUGH WE DID NOT OPT FOR THE BREAKFAST WHEN WE BOOKED OUR ROOM WE VISITED THE BREAKFAST ROOM AND VIEWED THE OFFERINGS. NEXT TIME WE WILL OPT FOR THE BREAKFAST. WE WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL AND WOULD SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO OUR FRIENDS.

  Extremely clean and well maintained. Parking was a problem (no valet). Room was too hot and could not turn down the temperature. Overall, much better than I anticipated.

  I liked the location near the University.There are a lot of restaurants and stores in the area.The hotel was basic but clean and modern .The price was reasonable.I'd stay here again.

  The best thing about Marine House is its charming host, Nat, who called a black taxi for me, gave me directions and insured that my stay was comfortable. This BnB is a couple of blocks away from the outstanding restaurant Shu and in the other direction are both the Botanical Gardens and the Queen's College. I was able to walk to City Center but it's a good walk. Breakfast was tasty and generous and the coffee great. I would love to return.
