"Pluses and Minuses of Holiday Inn Express Belfast"

On the plus side, the hotel staff was friendly, the facility is modern, the lobby and lounge were quite nice; and, it's an American thing, but I appreciated the ice machine. On the negative side, the rooms are extremely small-you couldn't pull out the sofa bed and use the desk at the same time. The sights that we wanted to see and the pubs were not within walking distance; we had to drive or take a taxi. The biggest minus was the extra charge placed on my credit card. Even though I paid in full for the room when I made the reservation, they place an additional charge (I think it was 15 pounds per night) which stays on your card for 30 days, just in case you incur additional charges.
"Convenient & Comfortable"

Jurys Inn was a clean, convenient, comfortable place to stay. I was not impressed with the breakfast buffet but it was okay. Pretty limited selection. It was great having a bar on the ground floor for drinks and snacks. Very centrally located in the heart of the city with easy access to bus and taxi service. Affordable too! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!
"A great budget lodging option"

The Elms Village is a great place to stay if you're on a budget. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly. One of the major downsides is that the city center is a good 2-mile hike; however, there is a Metro bus stop right outside the village that runs to and from the city center. The rooms are also a bit small, but they are student housing after all. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you are on a budget - you can't beat the value of Elms Village.
"Belfast Desk Clerk"

The personal customer service offered by clerks at the desk is extraordinary. They helped us with everything we needed and went way above and beyond the call of duty. My husband discovered that he would run out of a prescription while in Europe and one of the young women arranged for him to see her own doctor immediately to get a prescription refill ordered. It made the remainder of our vacation stress-free!
