"Holyrood park!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 28, 2013
It was wonderful and close to the event we were attending and great walking distance from everything! Very clean but a bit too many doors in the apartment. We love this spot and the whole family fit in the apartment. Great for a family trip. The small store around the corner made it easy to eat in and cook in the kitchen. The washer and dryer was handy.
"Excellent location and service"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 26, 2013
Very good hotel, clean and cozy rooms, very polite personel, no surprises, additional charges, etc. Definitely will stay there again!
"Very good location on the Roya lMile"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 24, 2013
The stay at the hotel was excellent, my wife and I enjoyed it very much, all the staff are very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. We have never been disappointed. My only criticism being that I think the lobbies require new floor coverings and decorating.

"Nice hotel, some surprises"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 9, 2013
We initially chose this hotel because the city centre was booked for the days surrounding New Year's. The hotel itself was very nice, new, clean--but the train that is two stops away from city centre wasn't running because of the holiday. So our only options were taxi or a long walk to the bus. Just something to ask about if you are trying to save money OR have problems walking.
"A comfortable room for 4 people"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 3, 2013
A modern, clean and comfortable room to stay in over the Christmas holidays. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment with a pullout sofabed (which turned into 2 cots). It is about a 15 minute walk to Dublin Castle and to the Grassmarket area. A Tesco grocery store is conveniently located 3 minutes away. A 200 euro deposit is asked for when you check in. We had free Wi-Fi. We bought a return bus ticket from/to the airport which drops you off on Haymarket Street. It is then a 10 minute walk to the Staycity apartments.
