"Comfortable getaway!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 13, 2013
The location was ideal for shopping and great restaurants. The room was always tidy and the personnel were helpful in assisting us and getting us taxis. If anything seemed suspicious in the area, the hotel locked up the premusis The only set back we had was the lack of a working AC unit; we always had to keep the windows open to let the cold air in, and the noise from the clubs and bars outside did make it difficult during the weekend hours to keep the windows open.

"Pleasant Hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 1, 2012
Good hotel. Clean and tidy with good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Had a Chinese meal in the Bugis Street restaurant, a bit pricey for the portion size but well cooked and tasty. Breakfast was good too with a wide selection of items to choose from. Only downside was finding the entrance to the hotel as it is located in the middle of a roundabout and the sign indicating the entrance is a bit small and was not illuminated. This was only a minor niggle though. Pedestrian access from the hotel to the centre of Birmingham is excellent.
"Amazing Building"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 6, 2012
Great tourist hotel, rooms tend to be small, but very clean . It is a grand Edwardian building, ask at the desk and they will give you an interesting info sheet. Hotel is in a dull area but very close to everything. Breakfast buffet is cheap by English standards and one of the best I have seen
"NiteNite, Holliday Street, B'Ham. Just Rite Rite."Reviewed by karenkim o of "nerja malaga spain" on Dec 7, 2011
We live just outside Malaga in Spain and wanted to visit family in Birmingham and surrounding areas. This hotel is situated in the perfect spot, close to Bullring and Broad Street, near to shops and as it was Nov/Dec the German Market was in town. Easy access to public transport. Hotel very clean, services great, staff very helpful, had a fabulous Friday night in the bar on site with family and the bar staff. Great Value for money. Would highly recommend for a short stay in Birmingham. Would stay here again.

"Conference Aston"Reviewed by Mark D of "Southern Pines, NC" on Dec 2, 2010
The hotel is on the campus of Aston University and is located in the Business building. It is a short walk to New St., Snow Hill and Moor St. Rail stations and the shopping of the Bull Ring and plenty of restaurants and pubs. When I was there they were renovating rooms in the hotel, but as I was there on a weekend I was not disturbed by any noise. The room was large and clean with a good size bathroom that had a tub with shower and a comfortable bed. There was cable tv and free wi fi as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is also a modern bar and restaurant on the first level of the hotel with a great staff. If I ever get back to Birmingham I would definitely stay there again.

I have been inside the Radisson SAS before but never stayed. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would definetly go back. The service was tip top and the hotel decor and cleanliness was brilliant! The rooms had great views of birmingham and the beds were so comfy. Would definetly recommend this place!
