"Great stay for attending the Capital FM Arena"Reviewed by David A of "Miami, FL" on Sep 29, 2011
PROS: I was competing in an event at the Capital FM Arena, and required to cook my own food for my diet. The one bedroom suite came with a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery, and pots and pans. It also had a washer/dryer for clothes which was great. The living space was comfortable and like a small apartment. The apartment is literally next door to the arena and close by to grocery stores and restaurants. CONS: No A/C, and it gets hot for me at least. Had to pay for internet, which was very slow and connections would be lost for hours at a time. Staff were very courteous, but they were not that helpful. They would forget to bring towels, toilet paper, etc. and would have to be reminded several times.

Excellent location, close to shopping centre and tourist attractions.
"great location but no free parking at hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 3, 2010
Room v clean but the furnishings were a bit old and scruffy. Great location but no hotel parking so we had to use the NCP car park and pay 9 pounds for 24 hours. V cheap bar in hotel but closed early so we couldn't go in. would recommend it for ease of access though.
"Good All Rounder for Weekend Break"Reviewed by K Johnson of "London" on Sep 22, 2009
I booked this hotel direct via Hilton back in January, and then found the booking approx. £100 cheaper (for a 4 night stay), on Hotels.com a couple of months later. Well worth cancelling and rebooking via Hotels.com! The Hotel was of the typical standard you would expect for a 4 * City Centre venue. Rooms were of a decent size, clean and comfortable. The location for Nottingham City Centre could not have been better. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable for us tourists! Nice leisure facilities, including a decent sized pool. Though the Jacuzzi was a little chilly as attached to the main pool! Only bad-point was that the decor was perhaps slighty dated. Overall, was perfect for a long-weekend stay and I would defnitely recommend it.
"impressive"Reviewed by h patel of "london" on Jun 9, 2009
when i got to the hotel its looked amazing i checked in and was expecting lots more but when i walked into my room it was very cramped and small i had been imformed i paid for 2 single beds and ended up getting 1 bed 2 share. i had others friends staying near by there hotel cost them half of what i had paid and got a much bigger room and more space so there was no vaule for money at this hotel. the hotel did have alot to offer a gyn sauna bar resturant.
