The hotel itself is satisfactory—nothing special about the rooms or the food, but the staff is the nicest and most helpful that I've ever experienced at a hotel. They helped us by storing our luggage for a day, calling us a cab that could get us into city centre with six roller bags, and accepted the shipment of a bike box for me. Fantastic service all around!

The Holiday Inn Newcastle was very comfortable during our one night stay. The location was easy to find, and although on the outskirts of town, it was an easy trip into the center of Newcastle. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
