"Great stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Friendly, quiet and very clean modern hotel. Easy access by hoppa hotel bus to hotel from Heathrow. No problem with luggage on bus. Bus driver very helpful with info to get to another terminal at Heathrow the next day. The hotel called and booked a hoppa hotel bus to terminal 3 and they arrived at the time we booked it for. The dining room and bar is very friendly. We ordered fish and chips. Yummy !

"Exceptional in every way!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
My daughter and I spent 3 lovely days in this hotel and were thrilled with our choice. The location was excellent for the two shows we attended... The Phantom of the Opera is on the same block and it took no time to walk back from The Royal Opera House. The delights of Trafalgar Sq., Whitehall, Buckingham Palace and lovely shopping areas are on the doorstep. Our room was very comfy and clean and The Balcon Restaurant was gracious and helpful regarding our gluten free needs. The service is friendly and unpretentious. Highly recommended!!

"had a good stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
good hotel in a creepy location. receptionist was amazing. i didnt get her name though. our hairdryer was not working on our first day which sucks as it was raining that day and there's no way we can dry our shoes. Reported it the following morning and they moved us to another room. Close to DLR station but scary in the evening. I enjoyed the breakfast. Close to LCY but too far away from Heathrow Airport.

The Hotel is great overall. Sometimes I founf the staff at the front desk , while always polite, were nt as well-informed as I would expect. Also, I founf the linens in the bathroom to be skimpy..had to keep on asking for fresh towels, etc. The bathroom had old plumbing, but was clean and suffeiced. Terrific location very close to Goucester Road tube station. Check out the Green Door pub down the street..great food, service and prices.
"Great location for transportation and site seeing"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
It was perfect for us in regards to being close to train and tube transport as well as being walking distance from many sites, including the London marathon that we were there for. Rooms/hotel were very clean, staff very friendly. The late check of 4pm we were granted was so helpful after the marathon. Would definitely stay here next time we are through London. Excellent value for money.
"Great Hotel, and value"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 28, 2012
We loved our stay, great place friendly staff. Free drinks at the bar each night and buffet breakfast with wifi all included. The place was a little out of the way but still easily accessible from public transit especially by Canadian standards
