Perfect location, walking distance to Shepherds Bush station for the Tube, a good grocery store and coffee shop. Could have used a few more towels but other than that we loved everything about it! Will readily recommend!

The hotels best feature is it's proximity to Euston . The room was fine but the bathroom was a bit aged. Overall I got what I paid for.
"Great location for an affordable price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 23, 2013
Pros: Good breakfast, cozy and clean rooms, good bed, pillows and blankets, great location, recently refurbished, afforable for a upscale London neighbourhood. Cons: Paid wifi, small rooms for a couple, breakfast does not have ham and cheese.

"Cozy, charming and convenient"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
We enjoyed the feel of the hotel and area--hotel is right across from Kensington Gardens. Very close to city bus stop, the tube and a nice little area of shops and restaurants. The room was quite small, but larger than the rooms on most cruise ships. Very clean and new feel to it. Bathroom area is tight, a few more wall shelves would be useful. Since the outlet in the bathroom does not accomodate the hair dryer, a simple fix would be to add a decorative mirror over the nightstand in the bedroom, right above the outlets. A bit of wall decoration would have added some warmth, as well. The desk staff was quite helpful, and assisted us in the same manner as a concierge would have. They were excellent!! Overall, we really enjoyed the stay, and feel London House added to the quality of our visit to London.

Great location, close to rail station...small rooms, but not unusual for England....minimal breakfast items, felt very safe in the hotel and the surrounding area
"small but ok"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2013
Very comfy bed. Small room typical of London hotels. Strong shower. Older but in good condition WiFi worked well. Excellent location.
"Could NOT have picked a more perfect place to stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 17, 2013
This hotel was absolutely PERFECT. I was a solo traveler, and in search of a nice hotel.. something in a nice neighborhood which would make everything easily accessible. I took the Piccadilly line from the airport to Russel Square where I had a quick walk from the stop to my hotel. As I walked down the street I was thrilled. The neighborhood was adorable and quaint, and made me feel like I was staying amongst the locals. I spent three days in the hotel and was able to go to and from my hotel EVERYWHERE and quickly. The hotel itself was PERFECT. It was a nicely sized room with everything I needed. Clean and in perfect condition. WITHOUT hesitation I recommend ANY one stay here. I would absolutely stay here again when returning to London.
