Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012Stayed here on our honeymoon, couldn't have asked for a better place for the money. The staff was extremely helpful with speedy check in/out. Concierge staff was on their A game the entire time. Room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. The bar was nice but a bit expensive ( but that's London). Vauxhall tube station is only a five minute walk which isn't bad at all. There is a grocery store next door that has about everything you need. Was a great stay.

I booked the hotel for a trip with my dad because of the location and the availability of standard rooms with two twin beds. Although I stated in my hotels.com reservation that I preferred two twin beds, when I arrived at the hotel they said they knew nothing about that request and only had me down for a single queen. They were, however, able to accomodate my request for two twins. If you are reserving a similar room, I would advise contacting the hotel before arrival to make sure you get what you want.
