"A great Hostel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
The was a great hostel. The room was private and comfortable. No one made any noiise coming or going. It is a bit far from the tube, and the contenental breakfast consists of one croissant and as many pieces of toasts you want. I enjoyed my experience there
"Great Budget Hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
If you're the type who's looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel, this is not for you. If you're comfortable staying at a no-frills kind of hotel, this is probably the best value. Yes, the building is a little old and could use some handywork or remodeling (nicks and dents around doors, etc), but everything does function. For a London hotel, it was more spacious than I anticipated (although the bathroom and shower were definitely on the small side). Bed was a little on the stiff side. Free breakfast downstairs was better than most: cereal, hard boiled eggs, toast, croissants, yogurt, coffee, juice, cheese. Excellent location-- close to 2 Tube stations (Paddington and Lancaster Gate) that make it easy to get wherever you want to go. Neighborhood was relatively quiet, but if you're a light sleeper, you may want earplugs just in case. Walking distance to several wonderful restaurants. No alarm clock in the room, but the staff is happy to set a wake-up call.

"Terrific location & Staff"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 28, 2012
The rooms were small but clean. They kept the rooms too warm for my taste, but I prefer sleeping in a cooler room. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. As another reviewer pointed out, the shower is tiny and you have to be very careful if you don't want to end up with lots of water to mop up. Breakfast was disappointing, probably the worst continental breakfast I've ever had. Instant coffee, cheap white bread your only bread option, three cereals w/no non-sugar option for sweetener. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet at night. Very convenient to Tube and lots of good restaurants.

"Great customer service"Reviewed by Martha A of "NY" on Apr 16, 2012
We had a simple, affordable, clean room very convenient to St Pancras station so that we could drop off our luggage and site-see for the day. The management was exceptionally helpful and patient. They made our stay stress-free and helped direct us to make the most of our short time in London.
"The Hotel Boka in London -AWESOME"Reviewed by Kendra L. of "Huntington Beach, CA" on Apr 14, 2012
Our stay at the Hotel Boka made our visit to London an incredible experience. We loved the fact that it was very close to the tube station, Nando's :), and a grocery store. It was also a plus that the surrounding area was not as crowded as the other areas we saw, so we were able carry our luggage from the tube to the hotel without constricting people's paths too badly. Lastly, our concierge, a French gentlemen, was very nice and also very helpful. When we come back to London, we will definitely stay at Hotel Boka again.
