"Different, But Great Value"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 25, 2012
If you want the experience of your own apartment instead of a cookie cutter hotel room, this place might be for you. Unit had fridge, stove, untensils, washer/dryer, ironing board, fan, and even a dishwasher. Great free internet, too. However, rooms are only serviced once a week so you have to be tidy. Finally, Bermondsey Street is vibrant at night, with great restaurants and pubs.
"Basic but conveniently located"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 22, 2012
If you are seeking a great location then look no further. If you are looking for anything more, or if you are going to do spend a few waking hours in your room, then you might check your expectations carefully. Astons offers bare minimum for the price, but is clean, quiet, and safe. The rooms are very small. Then add a tiny bath/toilet unit, kitchenette, and a table and there is barely room for a suitcase. The phone and TV unit did not work properly, but the reception desk were generally responsive to calls for assistance (no reception after 9pm). Room and shower temperature is difficult to control, which could be problematic if traveling in winter/spring months (no additonal blankets provided). There is no iron provided in the room. If you are going to be out early and back to sleep only, the hotel is good value for London
"Good value for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 11, 2012
We thought this hotel was perfectly adequate given the relatively low price for London. Also, having a kitchen enabled us to save on meal costs. The floors are very creaky so a fair amount of noise from the room above but quiet otherwise, well maintained albeit a very old building.

This hotel has the best possible location in South Kensington. Good Value and Spacious Rooms.
"Good apartment hotel"Reviewed by Vagif A of "Oslo, Norway" on Mar 20, 2012
I stayed in this hotel because it was very close to my the office I had to visit. This is an apartment hotel with some cooking facilities. Room was decent and clean. The bed was built into a wall to save some space, so I had to pull the lever to unwrap it, but this was OK. The surrounding area does not have many shops or restaurants, but Barbican subway is just 200 m away.
"Convenient location in London"Reviewed by Levent M. of "Wassenaar, The Netherlands" on Mar 3, 2012
Presidential Apartments is a hotel with suite-style rooms close to Earl's Court underground stop in London. The location is really great, you can go there from Heathrow taking the Piccadily line and not having to change once. Other locations are equally close using the underground. We stayed at an Executive Studio with 3 adults. The room is quite big, with a small kitchen and all required facilities. It has a large flat TV and in-room wireless Internet. The only problem was the sofa bed, which is a bit small and uncomfortable for an adult but would be good of a child. There is no restaurant (apart from breakfast facilities) but there are plenty of alternatives in the main street within 2 minutes walk and you can also order delivery through reception. Clearly a good alternative for a London stay.
"10 Pembridge - nice, simple room, great location"Reviewed by HOLLY of "Chicago" on Feb 6, 2012
My boyfriend and I stayed here twice - at the beginning and end of our trip to England. The first time we had a nice big room, but it was in the basement and our window was at alley level. We had problems with our shower and our bathroom door wouldn't close. We reported it and both were fixed the next day. The second time we had a very small room on a higher floor with a nice street view. Both beds were pretty uncomfortable - especially the flat pillows. The location is great though and having a little kitchenette in the room is a big help if you're trying not to spend your life savings on a trip to the UK.

"London-convenient with kitchen"Reviewed by Barbara L of "St Louis MO" on Dec 4, 2011
a quick tube, short walk and steps up to a clean, safe, comfortable place with a full kitchen. Don't look at the broken floor tile and uneven grout in the bathroom and unwaxed/finished wooden floor. Being clean and having very comfy bed and linens with an immaculate kitchen with items necessary for a stay. We were third story of one of the buildings. If you can't make the steps with your suitcase look for another place...otherwise a good choice. Small but workable with flatscreen tv.

A nice location very acessable to 2 tube stations and Museum of Natural History and Kensington Park. Loft apartment rooms were spacious for London and nicely decorated. Not luxurious but a very good value. Our family would certainly stay again.
