"right at the underground station."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Just what we expected. everything was good except the wash basin drain was full of hair and drained poorly. surprised that the maid service didn't report it
"Not bad hotel, but a great value!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
I was surprised how clean and modern the hotel was, the only thing missing was a hotel owned shuttle to Heath row.

"Outstanding!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
My wife and I just stayed here for one wonderful week, and I simply cannot relate to any of the negative reviews posted here. We live in San Francisco, so I guess a small room has less of an impact on us than most. Some bozo who couldn't figure out the ceramic cooktop set off the smoke alarm at 23:30 one night, but that's not the hotel's fault. The directions for it's use were only in English, so the management may want to take a closer look at that. Otherwise, the only quibble we had was that they do not have any washcloths on the premises. Had to find two at a pharmacy 'round the corner. No big deal. As stated earlier, the location is tops (mere steps between Trafalgar Square and the Thames), as was the desk service and the cleanliness of the room. We would happily stay here again!
"Perfect for layover"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
This hotel is almost like a dormitory (lots of little rooms). But it is convenient to airport, it's clean, breakfast is good and there is an electric kettle in the rooms for a quick cup of tea in the morning,. I have stayed in six different hotels on Heathrow layovers. This will be the one I return to on my next European adventure.
"Great London Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
Very good hotel in excellent location. Across the street from the Victoria and Albert and other museums and short walk to tubes. Nice neighborhood. Professional friendly staff. Very good onsite restaurant with great breakfast buffet. As with other large hotels with a variety of room options I've booked through hotel.com, this hotel clearly puts those customers in their below average rooms.
"Airport Hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
Very good hotel for preflight stopover. Large, clean, very efficiently run hotel. Hotel shuttle fees to and from airport 4 pounds 50 each way, but they run very frequently. Check in/out was quick. Friendly, helpful staff.
