Modern art and pop heritage, ancient artefacts and seafaring history – Liverpool overflows with culture....
"Good location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 19, 2012
Front dest person extremely nice. Breakfast good. Location excellent. Price reasonable. The room feels a little squishy or small with lots of furniture. One bad note, just because there is a paper on the toilet saying it is clean does not mean it is clean. They should check if toilet is really clean. Good stay anyway.
"good value and central location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 15, 2012
This hotel was good value and centrally located. The rooms were small, but modern and clean. The lower bed a double and the up top bunk a single, which our son loved! The bathroom was an interesting module design, inserted to the room; it was small but functional and suitable given the reasonable cost of the room. We would gladly stay again,

Very nice hotel and good services. However, they have to work on the noise since there are several Pub around the hotel.
"I'd stay again"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 28, 2012
I very much enjoyed staying here. The location was excellent, walking distance from City Center and most of Beatles attractions. Also had beautiful view of docks and water. Front desk staff was very friendly to us even when we had to ask stupid questions like how to turn on the TV. Two thumbs up.
"Fantastic art deco building with Beatles history!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 26, 2012
Great location for visiting the numerous sites and attractions of Liverpool / Merseyside whilst being on the outskirts of the city itself. Fabulous building which is immaculately maintained being the old LiverpoolAirport. Staff very pleasant. Only complaint is that you have to pay for Internet service so we found ourselves walking over to Macdonalds on the retail park opposite where it is FREE! If you plan to spend most of your trip in Livedpool City Centre be aware that you would need some transport. Luckily taxis and public transport are readily available.

"Sir Thomas Hotel London"Reviewed by Todd P of "Jackson, MS" on Sep 30, 2010
First, the bad, if you can actually call it that. The room was small, but it is Europe. You kind of get used to that. There's no elevator (lift) so getting luggage up and down the stairs can be problematic if you're not physically able. Now the good: The location is great. Nice neighborhood. Quiet. And, as small as the room was, it was still equipped with ac which actually came in handy on our trip. The price was also great, considering the location. My wife and I travel to Europe every year and have stayed in hotels all over the continent. For us, we typically want nothing more than a clean, quiet room in a good location. We don't need all of the bells and whistles. If this sounds like you, the Sir Thomas Hotel is a good option.
