It's the perfect location if you have tickets for a play at the Royal Shakespeare Company: basically most Shakespeare-centered attractions of Stratford are within walking distance. The private parking lot sure is an asset in that historical city.

The hotel staff was most gracious, the beds were like jello and need upgrading as well as the soap, shampoo etc, smelled cheap. The bar and restaruant were very well staffed and professional. We will definitely be back when we visit the UK again on business and will take advantage of other services.
"Great hotel in a great city"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 21, 2011
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were able to get an upgrade to the "old part" of the hotel, which offered a wonderful room to spend our trip in. The rooms were clean and bright and very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and had great knowledge of the local area. The breakfast was also amazing. Next time we're in Stratford, we'll be booking another room at this hotel :o)
"A lovely and refreshing place to stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 11, 2011
I was traveling through the UK with an overnight stop at Stratford Upon Avon. Stayed at the Holiday Inn and the location was wonderful. A short walk from the train station and even shorter to the play house. A comfortable and spactious room with was wonderful after being is small rooms in London and Oxford.
