First, this hotel is ideally situated -- in walking distance to many key sites in Glasgow and great shopping, restaurants and theatres. The rooms are really comfortable -- spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfy quilt and pillows. And super CLEAN! The buffet breakfast is quite a spread -- cooked breakfast of sausages, eggs, baked beans, all sorts of breads, granola and yoghurt, and cheeses. Even a cappucino/latte machine and a variety of fresh juices. The best is that the welcome you receive from the front desk and their friendly help and support throughout your stay will make you feel very well looked after! I will definitely come back to this hotel again and I recommend it highly!

Don't hesitate to book here if you are interested in staying in downtown Glasgow. Deborah at the front desk went out of her way to help us find a great location for dinner, offered to watch our dogs and was just so friendly! The hotel property is a bit older, but it offers 5 star customer service and the room was clean. Don't hesitate to book here!

Stayed here for an exhibition at the SECC for a few nights. Is very good for the price compared with other nearby hotels and very convenient for SECC. Staff were helpful and friendly. Has free parking and wifi and Glasgow city centre is a 5min taxi ride away. Floor in shower had been cracked and repaired and some tiles could do with clean up but for the price it was perfect. Would 100% stay there again.

Dont hesitate, book this hotel. Without exception the staff are fabulous. The service is that of a family run business. These people really care that you enjoy your stay and take pride in everything they do. Thank you for a great stay!
