"Excellent Attentive Staff"

Don't hesitate to book here if you are interested in staying in downtown Glasgow. Deborah at the front desk went out of her way to help us find a great location for dinner, offered to watch our dogs and was just so friendly! The hotel property is a bit older, but it offers 5 star customer service and the room was clean. Don't hesitate to book here!
"Excellent for SECC"

Stayed here for an exhibition at the SECC for a few nights. Is very good for the price compared with other nearby hotels and very convenient for SECC. Staff were helpful and friendly. Has free parking and wifi and Glasgow city centre is a 5min taxi ride away. Floor in shower had been cracked and repaired and some tiles could do with clean up but for the price it was perfect. Would 100% stay there again.

The hotel was within asking distance of the center of the city and the shopping. The staff was superb. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The room itself was very clean and roomy. The bed was super comfortable. It was an easy wok to get to the buses too. I would definitely use this hotel again.
"location, location, location"

The people at the front desk were very hospitable. The location of the hotel made it easy to access EVERYTHING! We had a grocery outlet within walking distance from our door, as well as a Mark and Spencer's around the corner. The subway station was within walking distance, which gave us access to anywhere we wanted. Plus, we were staying by the oldest pub (meeting place) in Glasgow! An important piece of history that was fun to visit.
