Overall good, however, the closet was not convenient. The hanging rod was short and arranged front to back so it as difficult to retrieve garments from the back. There was little room to store folded garments. Therefore you have to work out of your suitcases. This is a high consideration with double occupancy. This could be improved if there was more than one place to stage a suitcase. Breakfast was very expensive at 19.50 pounds. Iron and ironing board was provided. The bathroom was spacious and well designed. The thermostat did not seem to affect the temperature during our 3 day stay in winter however most times it was comfortable. Our room had a small TV so was not the best view from the bed.

Could not have been more convenient and had FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE, (for more than 24 hours) and FREE WIFI in all rooms...Close to train and Buses...If you are flying into & out of Manchester, UK this is a must!!! We stayed here in between all trips in Dec. 2012 & what a treat!! Never had to go outside at all!! Manchester Airport is MUCH EASIER than Gatwick or Heathrow & this Hotel is a perfect place to stay!!

Place is nicely laid out from lobby to rooms. The rooms were clean/quiet and well appointed. There is a cozy bar and very good restaurant . But stay away from the "rice pudding" dessert. We booked becuz of an early flight from Manchester airport. Hotel transport is great. We got a shuttle at 530 am. They even reimbursed our taxi return from the airport after our rental car return because the shuttle was not running.

Everything worked, the room was very comfortable, and the service fine. Given many stays at the Airport, this is probably the overall best MAN hotel.

Great Hotel, great staff only issue was the TV was not working properly and had to change rooms. But besides that issue I would recommend staying at this hotel again.

Great hotel. Very nice staff. Near China town in Manchester, walkable to Town Hall and Oxford St station. Fantastic bathroom with a great shower. Could be somewhat noisy at night with street traffic, but room was large and very comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.
