"Good option"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 17, 2013
It is not luxury, but to visit Lourdes is very appropriate.

the hotel was the only one open after all floods that happen in October.walking distance to the gruta. everything here is up the hilland downs hills. the great thing was had kitchen , with microwave so we managed. The food here is very expense. we go the market in center and buy fresh cooked food. the market closes at 1pm every day indoor and fresh fruits is outdoor. supermarket across the street from market. but its a hike, the staff is very friendly. we had a problem with hot water and they change our room right away. if you want to go lourdes . Go off season trust me. No one speaks english, so we managed with our spanish. everything expensive. Lourdes only had one mass and one rosary a day the baths at santuary 2hrs a day. that was amazing.

"Perfect Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 22, 2012
Hotel was minutes walking distance to the sanctuary and grotto, and surrounded by all the shops and restaurants you need. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast at 10 Euros was a disappointment.
"3 nights @ Minotel Excelsior"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 3, 2012
1st of all, it was very Hot in Lourdes in Aug 2012, hotel no air condition, very unconfortable to rest or sleep. Rm very clean, close to St Michael's gate, grotto, had fan in rm, great view of the castle, etc. good size elevator. But would not stay there again. Not happy w/the room, it took forever to get to the room, we were on the 3rd floor, got out of the elevator, went down some stairs w/the luggage, down the hall, then 3 steps down, down the hall, then turn to the rt & finally located our rm. sorry, it was just too much confusion.
"Good Hotel in downtown Pardue"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 26, 2012
Pretty easy to find, but no free parking for guests. Cost me 25 Euro per night. Rooms comfortable and shower was phenomenal. Room a little tight for 3 adults, but for 2 adults perfect. Free internet so I can keep in touch with friends. Walking disntance to shops and stadium where I saw a Rugby game. Worth the price if not for parking.

Location was close to restuarant and attactions. Staff was excellent very helpful. Breakfast was an extra nine (9) Euro was ok. What I did not like about the hotel is that the air conditioning wasn't working well and end up with the window open to sleep.
