Location was close to restuarant and attactions. Staff was excellent very helpful. Breakfast was an extra nine (9) Euro was ok. What I did not like about the hotel is that the air conditioning wasn't working well and end up with the window open to sleep.

The hotel is very nice the kitchen has everything our family need to prepare food for the family. Parking was superr, and the location was perfect. My only "problem" is the internet coverage in the room, it was very low. But overall No complains, I will go back to the same hotel if I return to Lourdes. The staff very helpful. Thank you.

My mom and I had a really nice stay at St Rose Hotel. Very nice staff. Walking distance to the sanctuary. Right in the middle of all the stores. Very... very convenient. Will stay there again when we come back.
"Delightful hotel and staff"

We found this hotel well appointed and well located for our needs in Lourdes. It was easy to walk to nearly anywhere in town and there were lots of affordable restaurants within blocks of the hotel.
Some reviewers complained about dated decor but our room was wonderful, clean, and quiet. The lobby is old fashioned in some parts but the very well equipped pool area, rooms, and restaurants more than make up for a dowdy hallway near the elevator.
We found the hotel staff especially helpful and cordial. They took extra measures to insure that my 6 year old felt comfortable and happy, offering ideas of activities in the area and bringing her hot chocolate at night. That's an added touch that we did not experience elsewhere. We'd not only stay here again, we'd recommend it to friends.

This is an apartheil (apartment hotel)..very clean, convenient to the sanctuary and if you plan to stay there longer there's the convenience of having a mini kitchen for you to cook. The only problem was,we got there at 10pm from the train station, and nobody to open the hotel.Luckily, our cab driver called somebody( i don't know who) to get the code number to open the door and the code to open up the safe where our keys our locked in otherwise we would not know what to do late that night. So, I guess the option is, to call the hotel ahead of time and obtain a code number to have access. The desk is only open from 830-1230pm then 230pm till 7pm.
Other than that, the hotel is very clean and overlooking the beauty of the Pyrenese mountains>
