  I stay here on business trips to Toulouse. Very easy to take a cab or shuttle bus from airport. Cab is approx 30 Euro while Tisseo shuttle is only 5 Euro. Both take about the same time to reach Jeanne D'Arc. Walking distance to restaurants and SNCF train station. Hotel rooms aren't large but do offer free wifi. Wouldn't recommend for a luxurious vacation experience but I will stay here again next time I visit customers in town. Very nice staff who will speak English or help with your French.

  I enjoyed everything about this hotel, the breakfast was great, the room was in very good condition and the location is quite central. We had quite an experience with the Italian restaurant adjacent to the hotel...the chef/waiter did all by himself, the food was good, but the entertainment was watching him. He talked to himself the whole time...hilarious.

  The price is right for this standard of hotel. Staff friendly. Room small as is typical of French hotels. Great shower. Easy walk from train station, or if coming from the airport the bus stops right outside.

  Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old part of the city. The room was nice, loved the ceiling fan, bathroom was very generous. The only problem was the mattress needs to be replaced.

  Nice hotel! Stayed here in transit so chose it for convenient location next to the train station. Otherwise a pretty standard, clean French hotel.

  The website doesn't let you know that the airport shuttle, the reason we chose this hotel in the first place, doesn't run 24/7. Since our flight left at 6am on a Sat we were stuck having to spend additional $$ to hire a taxi. Front desk are very polite even though they are usually saying no to your requests.

  Our stay was good. The personnel were great and the breakfast was really good. I thought it was closer to the capitol plaza, but the metro bus was just across the street and very convenient.
