  We were very pleased, and the location was fantastic. We had made reservations for 2 rooms back in MAY, Our e-mail confirmation showed we had 2 sea view rooms, but when we arrived we were told NO sea views. The desk clerk was kind enough to change our rooms, and the views from our balcony were wonderful. We also enjoyed our time out at the pool, and the service at the pool was also very pleasant. No complaints - the Sofitel was terrirfic.

  This hotel, from grand hotel days, is virtually across the street from the beach and within easy walking distance to shops. The rooms are large and include a minibar, which we always find convenient. The restaurant and bar are open all day and offer meals/drinks at fair prices. We found the staff very responsive, including helping us score one of the coveted free parking spots in their lot. We not only wish that we'd stayed longer, we'll surely stay there again when we visit in future.
