"Very good choice for a radom selection"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
We were a group of 2 couples and we were pleasantly surprised at Cosys Residence Cadet. Sara at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and was able to allow us access to our room even though we arrived early. Te room was in great shape and clean and had all thamenities. We only stayed one night but would have been pleased to stay longer. The location was short walking distant to the Cadet-Metro stop and there are shops and restaurants in the area. Very secure behind the gate so no worris about that. If I go to Paris again I will definintely choose Cosys again.
"An Perfect Week"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
I've been to Paris before, but had never been in charge of making arrangements. I was looking for a small, modern, affordable, non-kitchy hotel in an interesting neighborhood. Le Citizen was all of that. In fact, largely due to the wonderful staff, this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff helped me make dinner reservations for several chic eateries before I arrived. They advised us (when asked) while we were there and were willing and generous about researching on our behalf. There was breakfast each morning (long hours 7:30-11.... great if you've got jetlag or sleep in) which was made as we requested it. The room itself was small... we may have has the smallest in the hotel (Room 5), but it was bright, and clean, and very comfortable. We had a pretty view of the canal (all the rooms do). I would definitely return. Many thanks to Laure, Patrick and John (at the front desk and via email) in particular.
"cute quaint sweet and well located"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2013
The people were so sweet. As soon as we got there, they drew us maps of where to shop, where to eat, and where to walk to get the most out of our two day trip. The elevator was a bit small (hah) and the room was pretty much no frills, but it was clean and we were content! It was also really close to so many great places to eat, shop, and visit! We did everything by foot!

"Very convenient location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 9, 2013
Hotel was nice. Staff were extremely helpful, spoke English. Location was very convenient. Easy walk from both Gare du Nord and Gare du l'Est. Free WiFi available. Breakfast very simple: good breads and good coffee and yogurt and orange juice.

"Great location, close to sights and subway"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 31, 2013
My fiance and I decided to book our trip to Paris a month in advance. We stayed for 4 nights. Their weekend concierge, Elody, was wonderful and very helpful. She was able to help us with any questions we had and gave great recommendations. Their entire staff was friendly, but we found that she made the vacation that much better. The hotel is located 2 blocks from the Cathedral of Notre Dame. Beautiful location with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We were walking distance (1-3 city blocks) from the Metro and subway stations depending on which line you wanted. Very easy to get to or from the airport as there is a station stop that is a 5 minute walk with luggage from the hotel. The rooms were spacious. Bigger than we had expected as everyone tells you rooms are so small in Europe. We had a king sized bed with 2 night stands, a dresser, round table with 2 chairs, kitchenette and fairly large bathroom. Hotel room was clean.
"A wonderful experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 31, 2013
Hotel Innova was a truly wonderful experience. The concierge was very helpful and understandable of my limited French speaking abilities. The hotel is conveniently located less than half a block from the Metro making it easy to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again and when my friends visit Paris, I will recommend they stay here. Thanks again Innova!!!
