Great location by supreme restaurants! Near the Eiffel Tower!
"Competent, clean and affordable"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 9, 2013
We enjoyed our stay very much. The only downsides were the typically small bed especially for two, breakfast prices unreasonable but rooms well equipped for eating in and plenty of excellent food shops nearby, very basic toiletries provided, and if you want a washcloth bring your own. The upsides include friendly helpful service, a convenient location - the no. 86 bus takes you directly to the St. Michel area and RER A station 3 blocks away, all is clean and well maintained, and very reasonable prices. We'd definitely go back.

"Budet friendly in the Latin Quarter"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 14, 2012
Practical budget friendly hotel in the Latin Quarter of Paris. More like an apartment than a hotel, but it did have a nice sized kitchen and a washing machine. Had plenty of room for four people. Three block walk to the Censier-Daubenton Metro station and a two block walk to Rue Mouffetard which has a lot of food options and a town market type of feel. The apartment is a little dated but clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast not included but WiFi is good. If you have a family or a group of four friends, this hotel is a great deal.
"Great option for Paris"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 23, 2012
While this hotel isn't the closest to the main tourist attractions, it's a great option and still very convenient to the public transit system. We were still 20-25 minutes away from nearly everything by train. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of eating options nearby. Also, the entire staff spoke English, making it easier on our less-than-impressive grasp of French. Highly recommended!

"Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jun 29, 2012
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel because of it's close location to the Eiffel Tower where you can pick up the Hop On Hop Off bus tour and it was a 10-15 min walk to the Dupleix metro or Champs de Mars RER stations. If you go on the Bus Tour go on the Yellow bus since it goes to 50 locations vs. the Red Tour bus that goes to 9 (only 4 euro more). Our room was comfortable, the refrigerator was very convenient (markets and bakeries are 1/2 block away and we finally got to drink COLD drinks!), the front desk guys were extremely helpful. I was a little concerned about the comfort when reading about the sleeper sofa bed, but, it was actually a very comfortable mattress. The neighborhood was in a newer part of Paris, so, didn't have the quaintness of the Rue Cler area or Latin Qtr. where we'd stayed before, but, it was quieter and we stayed on the 5th floor so had a great view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Be sure and ask to stay on the 4th floor or higher to get this view.
"Good place"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jun 24, 2012
We really liked the location of this hotel. It was near metro stops so we could get everywhere easily, but still in a "real" Paris neighborhood with children's parks and rf\few tourists. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.
