Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 18, 2012In our situation, three people were staying in the room and we arrived on a Thursday. On Saturday we had to call to request new towels and were told no service on the weekends. We had to explain we were there until Monday and needed new towels. We had to beg for them to drop off more. Apartment is in a good location, but the street below is full of people every night so it is noisy. The garbage service comes down the street around 0530 and even ear plugs can't keep out the noise.
