"Loved the location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The West End staff was very accommodating. We were provided with great service, friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very comfortable and clean. A great place to stay. Would recommend to others.
"right on center of everything"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
4 stars hotel but actually only 3 and a half stars. We also had to pay for internet access . The rate was 19.50 Euro for each day which is very expensive. With the price we had paid for our hotel, the internet should be included

Fantastic, clean, friendly hotel. Very comfortable. Great shuttle service. Fantastic location. No complaints, except for the unexpected 5 Euro charge.
"Nice Plaza Hotel B4"Reviewed by Stephen P of "Houston" on Apr 2, 2012
Located in the Plaza area of Nice it is a wonderful location. Within easy walking distance of Old Town Nice and of the Mediterranean. The staff at the facility was exceptionally friendly and helpful
"Absolutely a steal for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Mar 31, 2012
I stayed in an apartment with my parents and sister and got a really great rate. We had a terrific apartment with a separate kitchen, bedroom, shower/tub, and living room with dining table. There were even two terraces! I could not believe how much space there was. Plus it was right between two bus stops, which is the easiest way to get around Nice. Right behind the hotel (there's a back entrance) there are two supermarkets (Carrefour and Petit Casino) and a boulangerie. I live in Paris and so I was really pleasantly surprised to see how Nice was so much more spacious and affordable. Great trip!
"Small room but overall good option"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Mar 29, 2012
The room was very small (even for european standards). Friendly staff. Conveniently located.
"Novotel, Nice City Centre"Reviewed by Phi D of "Georgia/USA" on Oct 9, 2011
This hotel has a great location. A group of four of us stayed here and explored south to Cannes and north into Italy from here. Nice is a beautiful location anyway. The hotel staff we more than helpful. They were courteous and attentive to the needs of clients from many different countries. We ate breakfeast in the hotel which was a good value, and used their private parking, which is incredibly secure. Having stayed in many other countries, this was one of my favorite hotels and locations, and I will focus on Novotel for future trips. Internet access was essential, and it was free -- a rarity in much of Europe. It was a little slow, but acceptable.
"OPark Inn Nice France Airport"Reviewed by JD of "New Jersey" on Oct 8, 2011
Literally within walking distance of airport terminal. Nice and clean, semi modern design, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was OK; expensive,as it is, at 95% of hotels of this caliber so I won't complain about the price. It did take nearly 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. It seems that the kitchen didn't have any left when I arrived to eat (8:15AM!!!). You would think that coffee would be available by the bucket at that hour. The "scrambled eggs" however were the worst I have ever tasted. I would not serve them to my dog!. The only similarity to scambled eggs was the color. They tasted worse then powdered egg preperation, had no flavor at all ano were pasty. It's a shame that the hptel does not choose to serve fresh scrambled eggs or have it's act together for the 20 Euro breakfast. Scrambled eggs are so easy to prepare and would be just fine with all the other food served (which was a bit limited in choice but sufficient) I would expect quality and selection like this at an Etap or Ibis discount hotel, The room was nice, AC worked just fine. I found no evidence of any poor maintenance. Will probably stay again; just pass on breakfast.

We always return there as the location is ideal and the staff is wonderful! The restaurant was not as good as it has been in the past. On our first lunch/day there they brought the wrong food to our table, then brought the correct ones and my hubbie got a baby snail crawling on his greens. Then we had dessert and drinks one evening and they charged us 12 euro for a single plate (twice the price as the posted charge of the desserts). We paid it but it left a bad taste in our mouths...no pun intended!
"Love the rooftop pool!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 6, 2011
The rooftop pool is on the small side and during peak times (August, in my case) almost all of the chairs might be taken, but it beats the overcrowded beaches. Great hotel, friendly welcome, and walking distance to the old city.
