When I made reservation I was sure breakfast was included, I was told it was not. Although not happy I did not discuss it, person ahead of me was so rude and persistent with desk clerk, I did not want to add to it. But I still think my breakfast should gave been included, I paid €24 for 2 .

The hotel is located in the heart of Nice's bustling Massina tourist district, a block from the beach, casinos, fancy hotels. Nice, helpful staff; a large room for two, tho somewhat lacking in drawer and closet space, and the double bed didn't quite work (two beds pushed together; one of us kept ending up with all the blankets). Lacking in charm, but very clean and convenient with many shops and restaurants close by.

Very decent hotel. Close to all major activities around town, but yet decent price (only if you book ahead of time and online). The room was small, but that is how European hotels are. Unless you paid a lot of money. Staff are very nice and proffessional and well English spoken. The only complain is the internet, it was very slow while in my room, but fast and responsive if you are in the main lobby. I will deffinately come back to this hotel again.

The Hotel is very well situated a few blocks from downtown and the waterfront. The room was clean and comfortable. The Hotel also has an elevator which makes life easier for the traveler. Isabelle who worked the front desk was very helpful and full of good information.

Hotel was ideally suited for being able to park and have easy access into town. Tram was right around corner which brings you directly to Plaza Garibaldi and where you can take bus to Nice. All transports cost 1.5€ and are safe, clean and efficient. Only negative was wifi was not connectable even in lobby but rooms have hard wire connections. Also room layout was odd due to bed placement but kitchenette was nice to have, especially refrigerator. Desk (Yues) was extremely helpful and patient in giving directions and helping to find and book next accommodation. He was best tour guide you could have.
