  The rooms were beautiful! I don't think I have ever seen a cleaner hotel. It was spotless. The service was excellent. I'm thinking of going back to Cannes just to stay there.

  Location is perfect. Just across from the harbor. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Place was modern and clean. Family friendly and felt safe. Provided a cot or crib for our baby. Will definitely stay here again. If you drive, be aware that parking is minimal on the street. There is a lot not far away for €24 per day.

  First room we were assigned had some issues, but the hotel moved us and gave us a free breakfast for our trouble. Great location, close to everything, and with a kitchen you can save a bit on food costs. Very friendly staff, I would definitely stay there again.

  This hotel is the best in class I have ever been to. Our company will be staying there again. The service and staff are absolutely the best in professionalism and friendliness. If you are looking for a real true 5 star treatment, the Carlton in Cannes is the hotel I reccomend highly.

  The surrounding area has multiple types of stores, restaurants...etc. You may take a bus to the heart of Cannes (cost 1 Euro) or you may walk as it is only about half a mile to the heart of Cannes. We have visited Le Cannet and Cannes many times in the past. The one big change we noted was that the normally crowded restaurants in Cannes had very few patrons during the evening meal. The Hotel staff were very professional and helpful.
