The hotel is right outside of terminal D. You step onto the sidewalk, cross the street, and you are in the hotel lobby. Hotel is decorated brightly, the floors reminded me a bit like my university days in the dormatory. Room is large & comfortable. Lacking a shower curtain - but not a big problem as shower is back in the corner. Room needs curtains - the curtains they have are sheer - if you must sleep during day, perhaps a different hotel. Staff was polite and spoke English & helpful to assist. Old Town City Center only about 1.5km - maybe 15 or 20 minute walk. Restaurant had nice menu and reasonably priced. I will stay here again on my next visit.
A nicely renovated older building with a quiet courtyard you can sit and enjoy a drink in. Room for three a bit cramped, but good enough. Adequate breakfast buffet. Right in old town Tallinn, so its very convenient to a day of wandering around the narrow streets.

The services of the Spa and Wellness Center and the Waterpark were excellent.Their price range is affordable and I had a really relaxing 24 hours at the spa. All of the treatmenst I had were great, I can really recommend them. When it comes to the hotel service it was mediocre, I wish the hotel staff would have smiled more, it would have made me feel more welcome. And sadly I had to wait for an hour for my room to be cleaned and ready for my arrival (check-in begins at 2 p.m and I got to enter my room at 3 p.m). My room was good but it was a little bit dirty and my bathrobe was torn. And I also think the slippers should be free of charge (now they cost 2€) so bring your own if you can. Nevertheless I will probably visit this hotel and spa again and would still recommend this to people who are planning a spa-/holiday in Tallinn. The location of the hotel is good - near the pier and the Old Town. There is also a food store/market called Rimi by the hotel wich sells food and wine and other necessities. Overall rating would be 3 1/2-4.

Although the room was very small, I really enjoyed the location of this hotel and the view from my room towards the harbor was great. The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful. I shall stay in this hotel again when I go back to Tallinn.
