"Charming Hotel in Superb Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 16, 2013
Beautiful, old-world charm style hotel in a fantastic location. Do try the local Barcas Cafe across the street for your morning cafe cortado and a decent tortilla, where you will see the working locals alongside you. The cafe staff there are a real treat. Don't go to this hotel with a car. It's too difficult, even with GPS. Parking fees are exorbitant. Do not stay in room 424, located at the end of the hallway, directly next to the exit door, which is in constant use throughout the night and thus very loud and disturbing if you are a very light sleeper. However, the view from the window was stunning and a welcomed touch and the shower pressure and bathroom size was excellent, more spacious than expected for such a small room.
"Excellent staff that speaks English and Spanish."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 23, 2013
Pretty good breakfast buffet. Staff more than helpful and engaging. Vey pet accommodating. I forgot my dog's water bowl. The maid had one brought up for me. Small market next door. Pizzeria and cafes on the same block. Parking in garage across the street for smaller sedans. Rough neighborhood.
"Good Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 23, 2012
I liked this hotel. Comfortable room, with air condition controls that actually worked. Something I find rare in Europe at this price level. Excellent breakfast. Free wifi. Most important, close to many of Valencia's tourist locations and hop on/hop off bus stop just a few blocks away.

"Appropriately 4-star, at little expense"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 31, 2012
Modern, upscale interior, great materials in the room's furnishings. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, with lots of variety. The hotel has a nice little swimming pool on the roof, although there is really no place to hide from the sun. The location is a bit distant from the city center, in a bit of a concrete oasis, but it's conveniently located between two metro lines (one is underground, one is a tram), so easy enough to get to the center and to the waterfront.

Very good hotel with excellent service. The location was very good, in a great location and we found the staff to go out of their way to assist us in any way that they could.
"Great hotel, decent location"Reviewed by Federico J of "New York, NY" on Apr 10, 2012
I would stay again in this hotel. The hotel is clean, new, good looking and has all the amenities you expect. Room was clean and large. Bathroom was great. Service was good, although the people at the front desk were unaware of any special events going on in the city. It has a place to park your car.
"Good Hotel for the Price"Reviewed by Ludmila K of "Allentown, PA" on Feb 21, 2011
Conveniently located to the modern section of Valencia, about a 10-15 min walk to the Science and Art Center. However you need to take a bus to the old city. No restaurants or anything around but the hotel has a good breakfast included. The only suggestion is, ask for a room on the higher floors or opposite of the garage. The hotel is connected to residential houses and our room was over 4 garages that were opening all night long.
