"excellent. choice for our stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 21, 2012
Hotel is modern, very clean, nice size room, well decorated. It has an very Convienient location if you are driving, easy in & out of city. There is a public parking next to hotel-warning, it is not free until after 8 pm. Hotel has it's own parking underground. We got a ticket parking on the public lot & you must pay it in a bank. Unfortunately, it was a bank holiday & we are leaving that day. The hotel front desk staff Jon volunteered to take care it for us, we are very grateful. Jon has been very helpful from day 1 to give us directions. Funny thing is that the total fine is cheaper than the hotel parking charge!

"Great Hotel for a San Sebastian Trip"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 16, 2012
We just stayed here for a few days in July of 2012, and we loved this hotel. The location is perfect. Basically across the street from the beach, and an easy five minute walk from the old town which is where all the action is. The staff was very nice and helpful. They supply beach towels which was great. They do have free wi-fi, but that only worked for us on one night. The other nights, we would go down to the lobby and the wi-fi would suddenly work on our devices, but not well in our rooms. They offer a breakfast, which one staff member told us was free, but it is not. To be fair, that staff member didn't speak much English, and I'm sure he got confused by my question. That being said, there are way better breakfasts in San Sebastian, so I wouldn't eat there. They had parking, although it was a little pricey (18 Euros per day). They also rent bicycles from their parking garage which was fun and easy. All in all, we would definitely come back to this hotel.
"Overall Good Experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 16, 2012
The hotel itself was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was free during the weekend and not too expensive for a week day. The front desk receptionist was outstanding, she gave us a lot of information on the city and the sites worth seeing. Also, she explained on how to move around the city. The hotel is a little bit far from the Casco Antiguo (which is where most of the bars/restaurants are) but is conveniently located in between two bus stops... so it was fairly easy to get around. I think the hotel would benefit from a better breakfast assortment in their little cafe, since there really isnt anything close by and all they had to offer were coffee and croissants.
"Wonderful view"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jun 15, 2012
Great views, good rates, everything was clean and quiet. Rooms need updating. You'll need a car. The funicular starts late in the morning and shuts down in the early evening. Be sure to get a room with a view of San Sebastian. That view is the whole reason to stay there.
