Very nice staff, good location, clean, confortable beds and nice rooms. I would highly recomend and is walking distance to Opera metro.
"Affordable by European High Price Standards"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Nice place. Walking distance to metro. If you do not have heavy suitcases then take the metro from Airport instead of cabs. Great spread for Breakfast buffet. We had a suite. Only one bathroom. An extra half bath would be prefect or at least an extra sink (instead of a lot of cupboard space). Friendly and helpful staff.

"Perfect & Beautiful Hotel!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
Convenient to downtown and impeccable room and service! Breakfast buffet was splendid. Beautiful decor and funky. Only thing missing is airport transfer. It cost $60 US dollars each way to reach this hotel. They could attract more hotel stays with an affordable airport transfer....taxis out front of hotel. I loved this place! (They need only a gym and pool to make it truly perfect!) Neighborhood surrounding is clean, safe and charming!

"Convenience in Madrid"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 23, 2013
They have been wonderful about early checkin when my flight from the US lands early. The location is great and near a Metro stop.
"Lovely hotel near airport (but not much else)"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
Lovely, clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. A LONG Metro ride from downtown, so not the place for people sightseeing in Madrid. A perfect place for a last night before flying home, though.

"Hidden Gem"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
I had a great stay. The hotel is in a great location nestled between two train stations. It was close to the police station with gave me a peace of mind. It is also located next to a supermarket which helped to save money on food. It's a great stay for a reasonable price. Do it!
