"conveniently located"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
this is a small boutique hotel within walking distance to the royal palace, several restaurants, bus station, across the street from the metro and near to a small market. the internet was free in the room, (first place on our trip, others were free in the lobby). the restaurant in the hotel appeared to be very expensive so thank goodness for the other close by restaurants. there was a bit of broken glass on the floor when we arrived and a hair in the bathroom, but otherwise the room was clean and fairly comfortable. all in all it was a fine place to stay.
"convenient for sight seeing and nice hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012

"one night stay by airport before early flight"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
ok hotel...they did not have a record of my reservation when we arrived...gave them my copy and after a while they received confirmation...free shuttle to airport and availability of a computer and printer to print boarding pass is a BIG plus...saved lots of time in a line at the airport...the restaurant was fantastic...had a great gourmet dinner...good rate in a nothing neighborhood

Breakfast for 8 euro - execelent - best buy - and the hotel is close to bus and metro - and enjoy a walk along the river
"Perfect location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Great location in heart of Madrid to see everything you came to see. Shower did go from hot to cold, but otherwise great hotel, nice room, spacious for a big European city. Overall impressed.
"Stayed there twice, will do it again"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was awesome; the staff extremely friendly.Although the neighborhood was not posh, it felt very safe at night and the street was lined with small, lively and pleasant restaurants. There is also a bakery that had good breakfast, and, after discovering it, we never visited the Starbucks that was across the hotel. I would go back there without hesitation.
