It is not a fancy place but it is convenient and is in a relatively safe neighborhood. Friendly front desk staff.
"In the heart of Madrid"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 2, 2012
This is located at the heart of Madrid. Close to all attractions and transportations. It is across the Metro. The studio we stayed in is very clean but the air condition did not work well, however it did not bother us too much since we were out early and got back to the hotel late. There are so many places to eat around the hotel, a casino, and a copuple of blocks from Plaza Mayor. For us the location was most important.

The apartment is well-situated in Madrid. We enjoyed our stay there and frequented the Plaza Santa Ana as well as the grocery store downstairs.
"I would stay there again!"Reviewed by Erin of "California" on Feb 8, 2012
My mother, daughter and I stay there for the Christmas holidays. We arrived in the dark so it was very hard to find, but once we did we were very happy! This apartment is in the city center, close to trains and shopping. Very clean, well kept apartment with plenty of room!! Great way to stay in Madrid. California, USA

"Albufera Gardens"Reviewed by Funmi O of "Pittsburgh, PA" on Jul 6, 2011
The hotel was lovely, the rooms were a good size with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The people who worked there were friendly and helpful, minus a minor mix up at the reception desk when we first checked in. Apparently we were not supposed to check in at reception but at the security guard post. The metro line was very close, the walk took ten minutes, it was in a quiet local neighborhood away from the center of Madrid and it was nice to come back to after a day in the city. The cafeteria at the hotel was great for a late night snack, it was very cheap and the beer was excellent, the people who worked there were friendly and they remembered who we were after our first visit. Overall it was lovely and I loved the stay and would go there again.
"Apartamentos Togumar"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jun 4, 2011
I stayed at Apartamentos Togumar in Madrid for several nights on a recent trip to Spain. Overall it was a good experience. The location isn't the best, as it's about 20 minutes from the city center, but there is a metro stop about a block away that is very easy to find, making transportation relatively cheap and easy. The hotel is basic but had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing maps and suggestions whenever we asked. Would stay there again...good deal for the money.
