"Close to Retiro Park and Prado Museum"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 17, 2013
The hotel was very nice and in a great area. Walking distance from Retiro Park and Prado Museum. Room was a little small but I was in Europe so I can't complain. Though room was small it was clean and had many amenities.

"Close to the best of Madrid"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 13, 2013
Very nice hotel. Location, staff, cafeteria, all excellent. The best thing is that it's an easy walk to Puerta del Sol and all the fine restaurants around there and Plaza Mayor. My only complaint is that the internet connection was very slow and occasionally non-existent. Since I had to do a little work while I was there, that was a problem.
"Close to train station"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 1, 2013
Friendly staff at reception desk. Shuttle driver very professional, good manners, friendly and attentive to our needs. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to walk from reception desk building to another building to reach room quarters. Not a nice walking on cold weather and rainy day.
"Great"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 31, 2013
It was a business trip. So, it was great. The room was clean when I came back and their amenities were great as far as business trips go. My only concern is the gym, it's more like a room with a couple of treadmills and that's about it. I wish they had a better fitness room.
