"Good overall; subpar beds"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 10, 2012
The hotel was top notch in location, cleanliness, staff friendliness, etc. The surrounding neighborhood and nearby food establishments were very high class and best in the city. My only gripe is that I found the beds weren't particularly comfortable.
"Great hotel - GET A CAB"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 25, 2011
The hotel is really great for a Euro hotel. Rooms are small, but they are clean and comfortable. We went for the running of the bulls and had to take a cab to and from the center of town, which can be costly.

NOT CLOSE TO TOWN BUT CLOSE TO HIGHWAY. CLEAN FRIENDLY AND HAS WASHER/DRYER. GREAT CAFE NEXT DOOR AND NEXT TO BUS STOP.
"Great location during San Fermines"Reviewed by Marc Pa of "Los Angeles, CA" on Aug 2, 2010
If you are planning to attend the Festival of San Fermines, this is a terrific hotel at which to stay. It is just far enough away from the "action" that you can actually get a good night's sleep. And it is easy to get into the old town either via bus or a 20 minute walk. The staff is helpful, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast buffet is both convenient and fulfilling. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to run with the bulls, but at the same time have a quiet retreat away from the drunken revelers!
