We had a well maintained room with lots of space, a large bed and bathroom.Though the walls were paper thin and we could hear clearly the conversation from next door. Luckily they didnt stay up too late! Otherwise service, breakfast and staff were excellent. A little out of the city centre but we didnt mind as we could explore the streets and plazas on our walks in and out. We were right beside the Macarena church which was beautiful.

Good location and pretty property with large rooms. The two things we did not like was first that there wasn't any AC only heat. We went in winter but it was still warm and muggy sonit was needed. Sleeping with the windows open was noisy and not fun. Second was the shower water temperature. It just would not stay warm. It kept fluctuating from cold to hot no matter how I adjusted it.

Customer service was wonderful. each and every single member of the staff was very nice and went out of their way to help us. the apartment itself, I loved it. It was very clean, very nicely decorated, and the location couldn't be better (right beside the cathedral). The reception office is in a different location from the actual apartments about a block away, but the only good thing about that was that since it is right in front of the cathedral and the building has a really nice terrace we had access to it and we took some wonderful pictures from there. If I ever go back to Sevilla I would definitely stay there again. Loved it.

tv seems to be a problem now and then. No contact, reception was quick in room with new remote control, but we realized we still had not 1 english speaking channel. Would be nice to see the news.

Great location, excellent rate. Rooms could use little bit of upgrade but for the rate I paid $51/night for a 5*, I can't complaint including Bfast
