"Great hotel in good location"

Stayed 3 nights in the hotel and was overall very pleased with the stay. The hotel is located conveniently in the old part of the city in walking distance to major attractions, shopping and Starbucks. The rooms are quiet and clean and the design is modern. Only negative thing was the rock hard madresses in the beds which left us with sore backs and lack of sleep.
The hotel was a bit further from the center than I had expected. At night, walking back from the center it was hard to see in a few areas (poor lighting) and we encountered way too much dog-doo! It´s a beautiful hotel and the staff are great!
"Clean, Comfy Room!"

Beautiful hotel! The courtyard is gorgeous and the rooftop pool is nice and cool so don't forget your swimsuit! Hotel room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The only bummer was that the Wifi doesn't work in the rooms, just the lobby and courtyard.
"Good location, great terraces!"

In general, we loved it. The location is very near Plaza Nueva and the Cathedral, easy to navigate to all the key neighborhoods. My friend and I upgraded to a suite with one of the rooftop terraces, and it was perfect for the rhythm of a stay in Seville . There is a wonderful rooftop restaurant -- only thing lacking is a pool. About the suite -- it only comes with a king size bed, no twins. We did have a problem with the air conditioning on the first night, but it did get resolved, but it never got cool enough for our liking. We were told that the hotel is regulated centrally, so you cannot regulate your temp in the room. The staff was very helpful, spoke excellent English. On the negative side, there is only free wifi in a remote 2d floor lobby area, very inconvenient. There is a daily charge to have wifi in your room. While we loved our terrace, the cushions on the furniture are tired and soiled and need upgrading, as does some of the furniture in the living room area. The full-on view of the cathedral and the spaciousness of the terrace helped us to overlook these things, but with just a little investment these could be spectacular spaces. Again, the location is really great -- once you get your bearings in Seville! Quiet, but close enough to the Centro and Santa Ana and Triana neighborhoods for easy walking. On the whole, I would recommend it for the ambiance and the location, as long as you are willing to put up with some minor annoyances.
"Super clean and comfy"

Great value for the price. It was very modern and clean, the staff was nice. The location is not exactly in the middle of tourist action - but it was not difficult at all to take the bus into the heart of town, it is even walkable. Another great convenience is the supermarket located next door! Fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay there again.
