The whole facility was always spotless and smelled nice. It was stylish and the amenities were new and well maintained. It was close enough to walk to the main Plaza or anywhere else you wanted to go. Surrounding area felt pretty safe even at night. However, staff members did not speak English and there was only one bathroom (inc. 1 shower and 1 toilet) for the whole floor. Overall, I highly recommend it. It was a great value for the money.

We booked the room not really knowing what to expect and were very happy with our choice. In fact, we had only intended to stay in Barcelona for 1 night, but extended to 3. The rooms are very simple, just beds, night tables, a mirror and a wardrobe. There are no bathrooms attached directly to the room, but we never had any trouble finding and using one of the bathrooms that was right outside the room. The location was great, just a few blocks from the Cathedral, the Metro, many restaurants, and bars. The internet was free and was the best we'd had on our total trip (we'd been traveling around Europe). If you're looking for a cushy, upscale hotel, this isn't it, but if you're looking for convenience, cleanliness and good service, this is your place.

we love this place and would book it again. the price is very good and the location is very convenient to the subway and walking distance to many attractions. very clean. owners were very helpful. the front door is a little hard to find but Google maps knows exactly where it is

located in the Gracia District was perfectly situated for "walking" to see just about everything in Barcelona... Gaudi Park, Familia Sargada, the Rambles, Arc de Trump, Picaso Museum, the Port, Maritime Museum. Each of those sights were about 10 to 30 minutes away. The Gracia area is also bohemian, full of Students/young folks, not pretentious, lots of reasonable Tappas, bars & Restaurants very close to the hotel. There were many 20-something students staying at this Hotel, and they were delightful & well behaved. The furnishings in the room were sparse, but new, very clean and plenty of space. Great showers. The terrace on the 3rd floor was cool, and the brand new courtyard is a very nice addition (provides some parking as well). The value was excellent, and the Staff was more than helpful. A great hotel for those who do not need the frills, but want a good experience in a cool area of a big cosmopolitan city.

Best location near to all city core sites. good breakfast and friendly staff. Would be nice if they provide a english news TV channel.

the people here are really nice and the rooms are cozy! the neighborhood is awesome! and the most important thing is the price is reasonable!!!

great location. good price. the staff was very helpful. we walked to everywhere from the hotel. just note there was no Air Conditioning, so may not be that great it very hot weather. Wi-Fi connection was very good
