The hotel receptionist was great, she went so far above and beyond what was expected to make our stay easy. This hotel has a good location in walking distance to the major Roman sites, and has an associated parking garage one block over (this parking garage isn't the easiest to navigate, but the garage attendant quite patiently guided us between all the pillars). I would have liked the window screen on the interior space of the hotel in our room to have been removable to get more natural light, but this is a minor complaint.

Everything is good in this Hotel, although it doesn't strike you as top of the line Hotel. Location is great. Staff is quite friendly, it depends who you talk to. Breakfast is quite expensive for what you really get!
