"gorgeous hotel in must-see neighborhood"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
Five blocks (albeit downhill) from the Alhambra, steps from a beautiful park and in the must-see Albayzin neighborhood, this was a beautiful and unforgettable place to stay. The walls are a little thin, though, so if you have noisy neighbors it can get hard to sleep. Otherwise, fabulous.

Excellent hotel. A little out of the way from center of town.

"Good Deak in Granada"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 28, 2013
We were very satisfied with this hotel. The room was comfortably set up, the location was great and the staff was extremely helpful, particularly one woman whose name I wish we had thought to get so we could include it here. The only down sides -- neither of them major -- was a pretty mediocre breakfast, even by Spanish standards, and a heating system that wasn't always up to the demands of January, particularly in the common areas. But I would definitely return here and recommend it to others visiting this wonderful city.
"Great hotel in perfect location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 23, 2013
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and as we were on the 1st floor had wifi connection, though I could see the signal wasn't strong so would be a problem on higer floors. I'm glad I read the reviews about the frosted glass separating the bathroom from the bedroom so I wasn't surprised like my husband was! He thought it was strange, but it gave it a spa like atmosphere and with the frosted glass door to the toilet, you had enough privacy. If you were sharing the room with someone you weren't married too, it might be a little more awkward. I had pre-paid for the room and read in a review that someone had trouble with that so I was prepared. It was unnecessary as everything was fine when we checked out. The location was great and very convenient to sites in Granada. The weather was terrible while we were there, but there are a couple of restaurants close by that were very good. The hotel restaurant was closed the whole time we were there, so can't review that. Not a big issue as we generally eat away from the hotel when we travel. Overall, a great stay and would stay there again.
"Amazing hotel in Granada"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 12, 2013
The rooms really are all suites; they are very large for European hotels and very nice. The bed was comfortable and soft. The hotel staff was very helpful and extremely pleasant, which was nice since they were working on Christmas Eve and I felt sorry for them. I would have even understood their being surly, but they were very kind! I really would give an unqualified recommendation for this hotel. If it meets your budget, then you should stay here.
