"Love Granada"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Grear modern spot centrally located. No air conditioning could be an issue in the summer. Room was nice, good size, good shower, overall good value.

"Great hotel in a great spot"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit to Alhambra. The hotel is connected to a main square in Granada consequently there are tons of cafes and people. Very busy, a good busy.

I was surprised to find a daily charge for using the safe in the room. The toilet was running and I notified the front desk but it took them over 24 hours to have someone come up and fix it. The rooms are too cramped, but I guess for the price, that's what you get. It is definitely a 3 star hotel.
"Nice hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 28, 2012
Just as described. Very convenient for visiting the Alhambra Palace. Downtown Granada was a bit of a walk but certainly not out of the question. Going down is a lot easier than coming back up. Take the taxi back up. Staff was very pleasant, rooms were lovely but beds were extremely hard in our room. Wifi worked fine in lobby and small bar in hotel was fine for a late night drink. A bit touristy but all in all a nice place.
"Excellent hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 28, 2012
We liked this hotel very much for the location, style, parking below which was convenient and accessible. And it actually had CNBC part of the time as well as BBC News.
"Great Location for Al-Hambra visit"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 25, 2012
The hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. It is in the heart of Grenada with all the restaurants and shops. The hotel was nice and the bathroom was new. My only problem was that my room was very far from the elevator and it took me ten minutes to drag my suitcases. I had a 2 am bus trip and the receptionist was kind enough to let me stay in the lobby as I waited for my trip. I was also offered free coffee and tea while I waited. Very nice staff.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff! It's located in a good location walking distance to most bus stops or destinations.
"Great location, clean hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 20, 2012
Excellent location, just two blocks from the Cathedral (while in Europe, next to the cathedral is the best location). Clean room and bath. Good breakfast buffet. Only drawback (and a biggie) is that free wi-fi is only available in the lobby area, and it's slow. There is a pay-per-time computer station in the lobby.
