The hotel staff was very helpful regarding getting a cab, a place to eat, and changing money. And the breakfast was very nice. However, there was no restaurant as the website stated. It was very hard to find because there was no hotel sign nor were there a lot of street signs in the area; our driver spent over 30 minutes trying to find the hotel.
"Good choice - Near Airport"

Good choice for a traveller who just wants to stay near Guayaquil Airport. Do not expect luxury or something else. But everything was clean, very friendly staff, email previous to my arrival. My airline changed my flight almost to midnight so i had to write them informing that I would arrive about 1AM. I got a kind response in 5 minutes "No problem. We wait for you" Recommended.
"Pleasant and clean"

the only drawback was the steps - no elevator and the first floor is a flight up. I had a lot of luggage, and it was difficult to get it up and down. Other than that - we had a nice stay and the breakfast was very nice.
The front desk clerk, Samuel, was very helpful. He was the only bright spot of the stay. Breakfast was minimal (only coffee, juice and a roll), the locaation is not safe, plus the hotel could use some updating.

This hotel was under renovation during the time I stayed there. I am sure it will be even better when I return. The staff was great, the restaurants where I ate virtually all my meals during my stay was superb. The location could not be better. I would definitely go back.
