"Great place and great price!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
I stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was helpful, rooms clean, very comfortable and safe. I liked staying off the beaten path, it was very quiet but close to the restaurants and shopping. For the price, this place can't be beat!

"One night only..."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
The hotel is located in a very good place, just 15 min ($6 - $8) from the airport. The personal was very friendly, smooth check in & out and taxi just in time the following morning. My only problem was with the "Welcome Cocktail" because it was a Sunday and Ecuador laws prohibit drinking (selling) alcohol on Sundays so our "free ($7.00) welcome drinks" were substitute with a $.99 sprite...

They were very accommodating with a late night arrival. Very close to airport. Even with our limited Spanish and their English they helped us to get to our room promptly and had transportation ready for us the next morning to get us to our conference. The room was just fine. Had everything necessary. Would have no problem recommending the Hotel to someone or staying there again.
"Better the second time around...."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 17, 2013
The first time we stayed here, the room was small sand stuffy. And, there was no hot water. We stayed a second time, because I booked a room when we arrived in Quito, and a room for the night before we left. Te second time was so much better. It was a big room, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast room on the fourth room was wonderful. The staff was helpful and courteous as well.

"A very good bargan"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 6, 2013
I am a person who can afford to pay higher rates at "fancier" hotels, but I intend to stay here again on my next trip to Quito. I lacked nothing that my money could buy at a "fancier" hotel except maybe a lounge chair and more expensive rom appointments. For a place to sleep and have a good breakfast, it is wonderful.
"Location worth the stair climb"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 31, 2013
Overall everything was great. The location was perfect. It is obviously a old building, so it's not going to be perfect. But I would def stay here again
