Extremely satisfied with this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. English speaking staff in both hotel and restaurant. Taxi service from hotel to airport arranged by hotel had reasonable rates. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

They wanted to charge 40 dollars just so my brother could come to my room to say bye so I had to get up in my pjs n go six floors down just to give my brother a hug. Wasn't happy about that at all! Then they tried to get me for almost 200 in bs charges that wasn't right. I ended up having a correct bill of 7. Dollars. Staff was very nice . Hotel was nice. Food was editable .

I paid $145.00/night for that price you should not have to pay $12.00/day for Internet service. This service should be included.

I have been coming to this hotel since 2009 and it is perfect for a business traveler. Room has Flat Panel TV's and Hi Speed Internet in the room. You can pay an additional $20.00 per day and be placed on the executive floor, nicer rooms and free breakfast. The hotel is next door to a great Italian place called IL Capo. Some of the best italian food I have ever tasted.

We have stayed here last year and the service was good but there was no WIFI. This time the management has changed, it seems somewhat better but we have had problems each day we were there. We were moved from room to room because something was not working right. I do love staying here every time we come more than any where else we have stayed at.
