The hotel property itself was lovely and well maintained. The only negative on the physical property would be the condition of our suite; it looked as though our room was in need of an update, with outdated decor and somewhat rickety beds. The staff were mostly very helpful and attentive. Having not stayed in an all-inclusive resort before, I would recommend coming with quite a few small bills to tip the staff (servers, bartenders, etc.). I often found I was not able to tip everyone, but did make an effort to give larger tips to those particularly attentive to my needs. Although there were plenty of daily activities to choose from, I would also recommend that a list be posted in a variety of locales throughout the large property, so that more guests would be aware and take advantage of them. Also, information about activities, as well as excursions, might be left in the rooms too. The food was fantastic, for such a large operation, and the specialty restaurants book up quickly, so reserve upon arrival!

Room was clean, bathroom contemporary and clean. Staff goes out of their way to make sure you are entertained and satisfied. Food was great and presented nicely, very sanitary. For all inclusive they do not skimp on beverages and have many top shelf brands.
