Great hotel for the price we paid. The breakfast was excellent, and the reception staff were very helpful. Close to trains and interesting parts of Copenhagen.
"Scandinavian 'luxury'"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
An interesting hotel in a great location. Just don't expect luxurious rooms and you'll be satisfied with the experience. In most US cities, other than NYC, this hotel would be regarded a 3 star. The art in the reception area is a nice touch but doesn't add much to the experience. If you want to enjoy art instead get out of the lobby and walk to Glyptoteket or Statens museum for kunst...
"Great location but don't try to come early"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
I have stayed at this hotel many times, but they never have my room ready until check-in time, regardless of time of arrival. But each and everytime they offer me a room in a higher category for immediate occupancy for a surcharge of DKK 150 (abt $27). Enoying!

"Noise"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 25, 2013
On my very first day I was put in room 118. It was VERYsmall, but enough for me. No one had mentioned to me that it was right on top of a night club, with live music. The music doesn't stop until 1:00am, the noise of people talking, cab drivers... It was constant and extremely loud. I called reception and the offered me another room on the opposite side of the hotel. I was moved to a much larger room few minutes later. They have a very nice italian restaurant down stairs. It is open from breakfast to late dinner. The food is phenomenal, with very generous portions and people there are so Friendly! I will always recommend this hotel.
"perfectly lovely hotel, primo spot"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 22, 2013
The hotel was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, charmingly furnished with a great view, the breakfast was delicious (a bit pricey if you don't buy it in advance, but very good), and the location is absolutely perfect - a 2 minute walk to the main shopping street or a number of delicious restaurants, and within a mile of everything you want to see. The only slight negatives: 1) the mattress and pillows were not the most comfortable - both were on the thin side, and 2) the WiFi is only in the lobby. But, everything else about it was great, and I'd definitely stay there again.

"great location, comfortable hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 6, 2013
Great location. Just a few minutes walk from the metro. The hotel is move, but found hair in shower, so could be a little cleaner.
